1. License to Use
1.1. TexcioPDF grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use TexcioPDF solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. 1.2. You must not use TexcioPDF in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to TexcioPDF or impairment of the availability or accessibility of TexcioPDF, or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful.
2. User Content
2.1. TexcioPDF allows users to upload, store, and share content such as PDF files. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in your User Content. 2.2. By uploading User Content to TexcioPDF, you grant TexcioPDF a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content for the purpose of providing and improving TexcioPDF services.
3. Prohibited Activities
3.1. You must not engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using TexcioPDF: Uploading or sharing infringing, obscene, offensive, or illegal content.Attempting to gain unauthorized access to TexcioPDF's servers or systems.Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling TexcioPDF's software. Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
4. Limitation of Liability
4.1. TexcioPDF and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, data, or goodwill.
5. Termination
5.1. TexcioPDF may terminate or suspend your access to TexcioPDF without prior notice or liability for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms & Conditions
6. Governing Law
6.1. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States, and any disputes relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United States
